Your triglycerides are too high?

Triglycerides are fats essential to the functioning of the body. They are manufactured by the liver but also from the fat you eat. They are stored in adipose tissue. As the focus too much cholesterol triglycerides present a risk to health. Excess fat in the blood can cause inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) and promotes the occurrence of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident (CVA)

1 Reduce, or better, stop drinking

Alcohol promotes the production of triglycerides by your liver. It is therefore important to reduce or halt your consumption of wine, beer, aperitifs, liqueurs, cider and food containing alcohol

2 Make a plan Grease

3 Avoid sugary
