Wellness has many definitions,depending on different persons.Many see wellness as a way of life,but some see it as a trend ,a way to stay healthy or something they just heard about and maybe they want to start practicing .Wellness ,in fact, means practicing a series of activities and skills that create mental ,emotional and spiritual health.To achieve this health ,these activities must be practiced on a regular basis.This is a different approach to life , a more active one , a life without illness,stress , anxiety and even loneliness .
A person practicing wellness does all he or she can to maintain good health like :
