For these kinds of enterprises, the wellness plan itself has to be real innovative and efficient so that each and every worker can benefit from its implementation.

This is why many companies invest in this kind of projects. Better wellness in the work place environment means better overall productivity and better performance management for the company. The costs go down when the risks are diminished, at least a part of them.

The employee’s wellness is a different subject but it can go only one way. Since these wellness programs tend, besides the need of cutting down the costs that occur with the numerous premiums and the insurance policies upgrades year by year, to create a feeling of well being and contempt in each and every worker, the system has to be more complex.

Some business environments try different approaches. The common ones are the construction of an inner employee’s exclusive swimming pool where they can relax or basically learn how to swim, after a long and stressful day at the job.

Wellness nowadays has become more like a trend. We have been talking about it initially in the business sector, where it represented a real innovation. This meant hiring a professional cook, one of those media chefs VIP’s that everyone loves and respects, with a lot of TV show about gastronomy and proper food mixes that are both healthy and delicious.


This was it. The employees were more than contempt to come to work if they knew that they’ll eat the most incredible salads there are, with the proper add on, with the perfectly balanced condiments on, with the right tools, and the perfect temperatures, always ready for them when the lunch time arrived.This has managed to set an emerging wellness and health food trend strategy and it is needless to say that hundreds of small businesses had already adopted this program for its employees.

You must always carefully read the dry food labels but also the wet food as ones because it could tell you if the product is nutritious or just a company that wants to make only money and not to serve better quality for the little dogs. So you must learn to read the labels.

For example if you see some different ingredients and the last in the ingredients is the meat that means that this type of food contains more than the other ingredients except the real meat and we all know that our dogs need meat in order to grow strong and healthy. So for us career women we need shot but very efficient exercises to lose or little waves on our belly’s and hips. So this exercises will help you lose the few extra pounds but it’s very important to do them every day and if you’re feeling very motivated you can do some extra cardio for extra effects.


First of the magical exercise is called “dolphin kicks”. This type of exercise is similar with the one you do in water. So imagine the floor is a nice pool so stay on the ground. Rise up in your knees and try to lift your right leg from the floor as high as you can. Don’t forget to breathe properly. First time you need to do some right leg push ups and then you need to try to change your leg. Do this exercise for 20 times on each leg. You will see the results especially on your hips and your lower back. This type of exercise is fantastic for a bikini dress up especially if you’re suffering from cellulite.

Other type of exercise is called super butt kicks. This kind of exercise is very effective and it is great for your abs and of course your butt. So how do you do it? First of all you need to lay don on your floor and then you need to lift your hips off the floor just like a bridge position. Try to lift as high as you possible can because it will be more effective. For a surely effect try to have approximately 25 lifts per day. You will see the results in no time.

Another effective exercise is called dead bug. As the name itself reveals you need to look exactly like a dead bug laying down on the floor but with your head neck and shoulders off the floor and try to grab your knees with your hands. Just draw your knees in your abs. For better effect you have to repeat this exercise at least 25 times.

And the last one of the 4 exercise will make your feet look fantastic in your short jeans or dress. This type of exercise is called side plank leg lifts. After the name you need to lay down on a side and try to lift your leg as high as you can. Try doing this exercise at least 15 times per leg. So what are you waiting for? Go be fabulous!
