Wellness start - We are all hearing what good is for us to do a daily routine of exercises how many benefits can a workout provide but we are still doing nothing. And even if we will say tomorrow it’s going to be a better way the very next day we will say the same. All we need is a start, a push. Only the beginning is hard, the worries about what gym to go, what kind of clothes to buy, if attractive men will go to the same gym as you go to? Should you put your make-up? There are too many questions and no actions at all.



Exercise isn’t another stress that you don’t need, exercise should be something that you love to do, something that makes you feels better on the inside but as well as on the outside. So for now one make a short break and do some short but intense workout. You will have a lot of benefits from them. So if your dog is used with a type of food for months or years when you’re thinking of changing his diet you must put a small quantity of the new food in the same bowl with the old one to adjust with the new diet.

For the prohibited food like chocolate or like other food which could harm your dog is better to put them on the top shelf to be always out of reach and make sure that you will do the same thing with your garbage.

Another thing that you should do is train your dog to eat at certain hours and make this a routine because like cats dogs love the daily routine. That means they can eat practically what ever they want without having any stomach pain like we humans do. For an adult cat is highly recommended that you feed her various foods for example 2 meals of wet food founded in a cane and a bowl with special dry food. This combination will help the cat with his digestive system and his urinal system. For any cat a fresh bowl of water is indispensable. Sometimes when the cat didn’t find fresh water in her bowl she tends to jump in the sink and provide it for herself.

If the cat is neutered it is very important to buy her special food for the neutered cats because she could make different diseases such as urinal blockage. After a cat is neutered it is highly recommended that you’ll play with her more often because she is very disposed to obesity. Even obesity to cats is cute is not good for her health.


A cat’s good manners - It is very important that you will teach from she is little to play only with toys not your hands because this how she will learn that a hand is not a toy and it will prevent to become a bad Kittie who likes to scratch a lot.
